The Development Resource Management (PSP) study program as a center for developing human resources (HR), scientists and development managers who have good dignity and high integrity in treating other human beings.
Mission
- Organizing the teaching and learning process with a curriculum related to the needs of resource management, development administration, social resource development company management, government administration management, and culture with an emphasis on theories and their applications.

Objectives
- General objectives and expected results
This study program makes the institution a quality institution for master's education in the fields of resource management, development administration, corporate management, government administration management, social resource development and cultural studies and becomes a center for research and development of these sciences.
- Special purpose
Based on these general objectives, this study program will produce graduates who are able to:
- Utilizing and developing development resources and administration in work units through research and development.
- Recognizing problems, analyzing and seeking alternative solutions based on development theories and paradigms, management science and administration.
- Having expertise in development resource management and human resources, especially in linking with theories of human ecology, social psychology, social change analysis, environmental law and public administration.
- Having expertise in the field of development administration, recognizing and solving development administration problems based on administrative theories and their applications and approaching problems comprehensively from the perspective of social psychology, human ecology, contemporary social problems and law.
- Having expertise in the field of corporate management and solving problems based on theories and their comprehensive applications in terms of organizational behavior, marketing management, financial management, and consumer behavior.
- Having expertise in the field of social and cultural resource development and solving problems based on theories and their comprehensive application of community development and social institutions, while for culture it is from a multicultural perspective, critical social theory, and socio-cultural control.
Goals and Achievement Strategies
The targets to be achieved by the Masters Program (S2) in Development Resource Management, Postgraduate Program, Sam Ratulangi University are targets related to human resources, namely lecturers and education staff; students and graduates; and facilities and infrastructure.
