VISION

Building the Postgraduate Entomology Masters Study Program at Sam Ratulangi University into a superior Study Program in the field of Entomology in Eastern Indonesia in particular and Indonesia in general.

MISSION

1. Building superior and quality Indonesian people in the fields of agricultural entomology, animal husbandry, health, and the environment.
2. Improving human welfare through the work and dedication of entomologists, both as educators, researchers, decision makers, and in the field of professional and superior entrepreneurship in the development of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

OBJECTIVES

1. Producing scientists, educators, researchers, practitioners, and entrepreneurs in the field of entomology.
2. Improving students' knowledge and abilities in (i) scientific reasoning, (ii) planning and development of various methods and techniques in the use of useful and pathogenic insects as the main components of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) in various agroecosystems, their use in the fields of health, forensics and environmental indicators, (iii) prepares students to pursue a doctorate in entomology.
3. Producing quality human resources, so that they are able to master, develop and utilize science and technology in the fields of agricultural entomology, animal husbandry, health and the environment, in order to improve the quality of life and human welfare.
