Various Cooperation

The management of cooperation between Postgraduate and other universities/institutions, both domestic and foreign, is integrated with activities carried out at the Unsrat level. The integration means that the initiative for cooperation activities comes from two parties, both the initiative from the Unsrat level (Rectorate) involving Postgraduate and the initiative from Postgraduate which then formalizes the cooperation activities to the Unsrat level (Rectorate).

All cooperation activities carried out are based on official documents, either in the form of a Joint Understanding document (memorandum of understanding/MoU), Joint Agreement (memorandum of agreement/MoA or letter or agreement/LoA), or Cooperation Agreement/PKS document. The procedures and mechanisms of cooperation activities are regulated at the Unsrat level through Chancellor's Regulation.

MoU documents are always issued at the Unsrat level where the document is signed by the Unsrat Rector and the head of the institution/rector or president of a university. While MoA/LoA documents, which are documents that describe an activity in detail, are signed at the Postgraduate level.

Monitoring & Evaluation

In an effort to improve the quality of cooperation with other institutions/universities, both domestic and foreign, Unsrat always carries out monitoring and evaluation (monev) activities. The monev activities are carried out through a questionnaire survey, called the "Cooperation Partner Satisfaction Questionnaire". This survey is carried out by Cooperation Partners by filling out the questionnaire directly.
