On this page, online registration for proposing the issuance of supervisor's decree, examiner's decree, implementation of seminar activities and thesis/dissertation examinations, as well as monitoring of the proposal process is carried out. PROCEDURES FOR REGISTRATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ONLINE SEMINAR ACTIVITIES & THESIS/DISERTATION/RPL EXAMS

- Students consult with all supervisors (2 supervisors for thesis, and 3 supervisors for dissertation) to prepare the seminar/exam manuscript materials (proposal, research results, thesis, dissertation, RPL). The manuscript material will be said to be ready if all supervisors have agreed and signed 'Statement of Consent to Implementation of Activities'. The statement sheet can be download here >;
- The preparation of a thesis or dissertation manuscript must follow the 'Thesis Writing Guidelines' download here > for thesis manuscripts and 'Dissertation Writing Guide' download here > for dissertation manuscripts.
- Students who will take a comprehensive exam (thesis/RPL) or closed dissertation exam are required to fill out the form 'Writing Statement According to Guidelines' < download here > to state that the thesis/RPL or dissertation manuscript is prepared according to the guidelines above. Preparation of the manuscript according to the applicable guidelines is the responsibility of the student and the supervisory committee. Inconsistencies between the written manuscript and the applicable guidelines may result in the thesis/RPL or dissertation manuscript being rejected by the examination committee during the examination.
- Students make Statement Letter of No Gratification and sign it on a Rp. 10.000 stamp. The statement letter will be uploaded when submitting the application online. Example (template) the statement letter can be downloaded Click here >
- In addition, for the Dissertation Closed Examination, students are required to have a dissertation manuscript that has been examined by the Postgraduate Dissertation Completeness Assessment Commission (KPKD). - Students contact (via telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) the Study Program Coordinator (Korprodi) to be proposed for seminar or exam activities;
- Korprodi contacts (via telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) all supervisors to confirm student readiness and obtain approval for seminar or exam activities. If it is approved by all supervisors, the process will continue;
- Korprodi requests that student activities be carried out (proposal seminars, results seminars, comprehensive/closed exams, or RPL exams) by registering online (filling in the online form "Registration of seminar activity requests (proposals/results) & Exams", which is located at the end of this page). Before online registration is carried out, make sure that students have Director's Decree (SK) regarding the Supervisory Commission and Director's Decree regarding the Examining Commission;
- Proposal and issuance of Director's Decree regarding Supervisory Commission, Examining Commission, and Extension of Supervisory Commission is done through the INSPIRE Portal. < Click here >
- Students prepare 2 documents, namely: 1) material documents (proposals, results, or theses/dissertations) and 2) powerpoint presentation documents (minimum 10 slides and maximum 20 slides). Both documents are duplicated (photocopied) 6 (six) times; then all (6 times) together with softcopy-nya (PDF format) submitted to the study program through the study program staff, at least 5 (five) working days before the specified exam schedule. ATTENTION: If this is not done, it is possible that the agreed schedule will change and the exam will be postponed. This is the full responsibility of the student;
- IMPORTANT: Regarding the time of registration and sending of document files; if registration and sending of document files are done after 12.00, then the registration and receipt time is calculated on the following day.;
- Students who will take the Comprehensive/Thesis Examination or Closed Examination/Dissertation Promotion contact the Committee (Deputy Director 1, Tel/WA number: 0812-4443-023 or 0813-1804-6536) to verify their published articles. Before the implementation of the Comprehensive/Thesis Examination or Closed Examination/Dissertation Promotion, students are required HAVE/ALREADY (NOT Letter of Acceptance/LoA) publish the results of his/her thesis/dissertation research in journals, namely: 1) Online National Journal with ISSN for Masters Program (S2) students from the 2018 intake and below; 2) SINTA Accredited National Journals (minimum) 6 for Masters Program (S2) students from the 2019 intake and above; 3) Reputable International Journals for Doctoral Program (S3) students;
- Study program staff will contact supervisors, examiners, students and study program coordinators to convey matters regarding the implementation of activities and convey the method of taking photocopy of material document (hardcopy) owned by students, namely: 1) material documents (proposals, results, or theses/dissertations) and powerpoint presentation documents, which have been submitted by students (see point 10);
- Besides that, Study program staff will send (via WhatsApp or e-mail) 3 activity documents (softcopy) to the supervisor, examiner, and study program coordinator for the implementation of the activity; the 3 documents are: 1) material documents (proposal, results, or thesis/dissertation), 2) powerpoint presentation, and 3) invitation (in PDF file format);
- The committee will moderate the seminar activities (proposals, results), comprehensive exams (thesis/RPL), and dissertations according to the specified time. Implementation of activities Seminar done by online which is facilitated using the "Video Conference Unsrat" Application (-- Click here -- to view and download the "Unsrat Video Conference Application Guide") or use the "Zoom Application" subscribed to by Unsrat; and activities Exam done by offline. Note: This policy may be revised at any timetheir;
- If students encounter difficulties in this process, please contact the study program coordinator or study program staff in each study program.
ATTENTION: The procedure for proposing and issuing the Director's Decree on the supervisory commission, the examination commission, and the extension of the supervisory commission, which is carried out through the INSPIRE Portal (point number 8), is a new procedure. Therefore, if errors and confusion are found, please report to the Postgraduate Manager (Wadir 1, Tel/WA number: 0812-4443-023 or 0813-1804-6536).
