    Online Examination of Dissertation Material by KPKD

    PROCEDURES FOR ONLINE APPLICATION FOR DISSERTATION MATERIAL EXAMINATION BY THE POSTGRADUATE KPKD

     

    1. Students ensure that the dissertation material they have is in accordance with "Dissertation Writing Guide"click here to download>.
    2. Students request that their dissertation be examined by filling out the proposal form (click “Registration Form” in the FORM section at the end of this procedure).
    3. The examination is carried out on 3 aspects, namely: validity, writing techniques, and summary/summary.
    4. Students contact (via telephone or WhatsApp) the designated KPKD member to ask questions. method of sending materials, whether via e-mail or WA (WhatsApp). ATTENTIONStudents are not allowed to meet and provide materials directly to the examination committee. All processes are only allowed to be carried out virtually.
    5. Students submit dissertation materials for review to each member of the KPKD in the manner agreed upon in point #4. 
    1. Material format:

      1. For the “Validity” check, the material sent is the entire dissertation manuscript in PDF file format.
      2. For the “Writing Technique” examination, the material submitted is the entire dissertation manuscript in WORD file format.
      3. For “Summary” (English), the material sent is the summary section (English) only in WORD file format.

       

    2. Students revise the dissertation material according to the direction of the examining committee. This is done until approval is obtained from the examining committee that the dissertation material has been completed. Normally (without correction), the examination takes a maximum of 1 (one) week (counting from the time the material file is sent to the examination committee). If the examination has not been completed by the specified time, the student may contact the examination committee (via telephone or WhatsApp).
    3. The results of the examination can be obtained from the employee who handles this matter, Stanley Jacobis (Tel/WA: 0812-4567-8428).
    4. Students monitor the examination process (click “Monitor the Inspection Process” in the FORM section at the end of this procedure).
