    NEW STUDENT ADMISSION FOR POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS

    Masters Program (S2) & Doctoral Program (S3)

    ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS

     

    A. MASTER PROGRAM

     

    1. The prospective student's university and study program of origin are registered with PD-DIKTI.
    2. Holders of Bachelor's (S1) and Vocational (Diploma IV) Diplomas and Transcripts, specifically for the Civil Engineering Masters Study Program only accepts D-IV from Polytechnics) with GPA ≥ 2.75 (except for the Masters Program in Water Science and Masters of Management GPA ≥ 3.00) from State Universities (PTN) or Private Universities (PTS). For foreign diplomas, they must be accompanied by a certificate of diploma equivalency from KEMDIKTISAINTEK.
    3. The University and Study Program of origin are accredited by BAN PT with a minimum of B or equivalent at the time of graduation.
    4. Pass the Academic Potential Test (TPA)/ Unsrat Academic Ability Test (TKAU) with a minimum score of 400 (as a requirement for the final exam, can be taken during study).
    5. Pass the TOEFL/Unsrat English Proficiency Test (UEPT) with a minimum score of 450 (as a final exam requirement, can be taken during study).
    6. Doctor's Health Certificate (Unsrat Polyclinic or official health facility).
    7. Accepting students with special needs (disabilities) by including a doctor's certificate.
    8. Curriculum Vitae.
    9. Letter of permission/information/recommendation from the direct superior to take doctoral education for prospective PNS/ASN students. If they do not have a letter of permission/information/recommendation, then prospective students make a statement on a stamp (Rp. 2) stating that all consequences related to PNS/ASN status are the responsibility of the prospective student.
    10. Identity Card (KTP) for prospective Indonesian citizen (WNI) students and Student Visa for foreign citizens (WNA).
    11. Latest passport photo (colored, wearing a suit).

     

     

     B. DOCTORAL PROGRAM

     

    1. The prospective student's original university and study program are registered with PD-DIKTI or foreign universities that are recognized and equalized by DIKTI.
    2. Holders of Master's Degree (S2) or Specialist Level-1 Degree (KKNI Level 8) Diploma and Transcript, with GPA ≥ 3.50. For foreign diplomas, it must be accompanied by a certificate of diploma equivalency by KEMDIKTISAINTEK. GPA of 3,00 to 3,50 can be accepted with special conditions set by the study program.
    3. The University and Study Program of origin are accredited by BAN PT with a minimum of B or equivalent at the time of graduation.
    4. Pass the Academic Potential Test (TPA)/Unsrat Academic Ability Test (TKAU) with a minimum score of 450 (as a requirement for the final exam, can be taken during study).
    5. Pass TOEFL (minimum score 475) or Unsrat English Proficiency Test (minimum score 500) or IELTS (minimum score 5.0); as a final exam requirement; can be taken during the study.
    6. Doctor's Health Certificate (Unsrat Polyclinic or official health facility).
    7. Accepting students with special needs (disabilities) by including a doctor's certificate.
    8. Curriculum Vitae.
    9. Letter of permission/information/recommendation from the direct superior to take doctoral education for prospective PNS/ASN students. If they do not have a letter of permission/information/recommendation, then prospective students make a statement on a stamp (Rp. 3) stating that all consequences related to PNS/ASN status are the responsibility of the prospective student.
    10. Identity Card (KTP) for prospective Indonesian citizen (WNI) students and Student Visa for foreign citizens (WNA).
    11. Recommendations from 2 (two) Professors/former lecturers/superiors who can serve as references (Doctor).
    12. Have a draft proposal/research plan.
    13. Latest passport photo (colored, wearing a suit).
