As a form of concern for the impact of Covid-19 on low-income community groups in Manado City and migrant students who cannot return to their villages/homes during this period. working from home (WFH) and studying from home (SFH), PPs Unsrat students formed Covid-19 Student Volunteers. These student volunteers function to raise donations given by students, lecturers, staff, alumni, and other parties, and then given to affected groups in the form of in-kind (food). The motto of this humanitarian action is "from students, by students, for the community."

The Student Volunteers numbered 11 people coordinated by Elvie N. Piri, S.Pd., M.Hum, who is a student of the Linguistics Doctoral Study Program. The volunteer team consists of: Dina Tenda (Linguistics Doctoral Study Program), Nova Pati (Law Doctoral Study Program), Charles Mengga (IKM Masters Study Program), Clarisa Nangka (PSP Masters Study Program), Debora Mamengko, Lesly Mambu (Law Doctoral Study Program), Meily Neman (Linguistics Doctoral Study Program), Ni Made Suti Arini (Law Doctoral Study Program), Ronald Sabaja, and Steven Tampa (PSP Masters Study Program).

Distribution of aid/donations to low-income communities and students was carried out on May 8 & 11, 2020, which was brought directly by volunteers to the recipients' homes using the Covid-19 Protocol.
